OSB

OSB means "oriented strand (or structural) board", and refers to a board manufactured from wood material and consisting of long strips running in the same direction. OSB boards are widely used in the construction industry, e.g. for wall, ceiling and floor planking. The length of the strands is the reason for the flexibility and strength relative to normal compressed boards (chipboard).
